Shop Policy.

  1. Appointments are key to ensuring that we can provide the best possible service for our clients. We strongly recommend that you make an appointment in advance to guarantee that we can accommodate your desired time and services. Walk-ins are welcome, but we cannot guarantee availability without an appointment.

  2. Please arrive early for your appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation. If you are running late, please call to let us know.

  3. We ask that all customers wash their hands and come in with clean hair before their appointment.

  4. Payment is due at the time of service. We are a cash-only establishment, so please come prepared with cash for your services.

  5. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online through our website or by calling us.

  6. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the shop unless they are receiving services and are supervised by an adult at all times.

  7. We ask that all customers respect the other clients and staff in the shop by keeping noise levels to a minimum.

  8. Any inappropriate or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

  9. We have a parking lot in the back of the shop for your convenience, as well as plenty of street parking available. Please park in the designated spots only.

  10. We follow all California public health guidelines to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.

  11. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, including no-call, no-shows.
